Pick who you are
Every hero is a jointed puppet drawn in code, with a walk cycle, attack moves and four weapons bought with πͺ coins at the Weapon Cache.
| Hero | Health | Pouch / bag | Strengths | Weapons |
|---|---|---|---|---|

What comes out in the dark
Monsters get stronger every night: +40% health and +25% damage per night through night 10, then the climb eases off so 100-night games stay playable. Every health bar is drawn in blocks, one block per hit.
πΊMonsters
- Shadow Wolves and Zombies from night 1
- Ghosts from night 2
- An Ogre stomps in from night 3
- Go-kart engines draw wolves even by day
If the fire drops below 15% fuel, the light stops protecting camp and monsters raid it and stomp the fire.
πΉBoss nights
Every 3rd night and always the final night, with a big health bar across the top of the screen.
- π§ Forest Troll: slams the ground and shakes the screen
- πΊ Shadow Wolf King: howls to call in its wolf pack
Bosses walk straight through the firelight to wreck the fire. Beat one and everyone gets +50 πͺ, logs, 3 meals and full health. A pulsing red ring on the minimap shows where the boss is, even in fog.
π¦οΈWeather
Rolled fresh for every day and every night; the first day is always clear.
- βοΈ Clear (45%)
- π§οΈ Rain (25%): fires burn 1.5Γ faster, thunder and lightning
- π«οΈ Fog (15%): short sight, the map hides far monsters
- βοΈ Snow (15%): walk 15% slower, get hungry 30% faster
π€Knocked out
A downed hero waits for a teammate to tap Help up, or wakes back at camp at sunrise. The game is lost only when everyone is down.
Grow the fire, grow the camp
Every log burned levels the fire up, widening the safe circle and letting it hold more wood. The first level-up takes 8 logs and each one after takes 20% more: 44 logs to reach Lv 5, 168 for Lv 10, 475 for Lv 15 and 7,875 for Lv 30. The highest level is a setting (5β30, default 15).
Safe-circle radius by fire level
Drawn to scale from the game's formula: +90 per level to Lv 5, then +50 per level, up to Lv 30. Ringed bars mark where a new camp appears.
ποΈNew camps
At main-fire levels 5, 10 and 15 a new campsite appears out in the woods: Camp 2, 3 and 4. A Camp Portal from the Trading Post jumps between them. Light its fire to claim it; a sign below each camp shows its fire level, and inside a camp the fire panel switches to that camp. Each one is a full camp with its own fire, levels, safe circle and raids, and you can build there too.
π²The world
A round forest 12,000 points across with 1,300 trees, 77 animals, 12 fishing ponds and a racetrack with 10 boost pads around the edge. New camps spawn far apart so they never overlap. Chopped trees leave a stump whose sprout grows until the tree is back. The same forest grows on every device from one shared seed.
Things to build (π¨ menu)
Camp buildings are placed by walking a see-through preview to a spot in any lit camp: green means it fits. Building uses logs from your pouch, then the camp chest.
| Build | Logs | How many | What it does |
|---|---|---|---|
| π Shed | 8 | 1 per camp, +1 every 3 fire levels | Monsters can't get in, you can't freeze, and you heal faster inside. |
| πͺ Treehouse | 15 | +1 every 4 levels | Climb up to a deck monsters can't reach; throw rocks from above. |
| πΉ Turret | 12 | +1 every 4 levels | A crossbow tower that fires on its own every 1.1 s. |
| π¦ Log Chest | 4 | +1 every 5 levels | Stores 30 logs each, shared by the whole camp. The lid pops when used. |
| π§Ί Food Barrel | 4 | +1 every 5 levels | Stores 10 food each. |
| π‘οΈ Weapon Cache | 6 | 1 per camp | Buy and switch weapons with πͺ coins. |
| π― Target Range | 6 | 1 per camp | Plays the target-practice mini-game. |
| πͺ€ Trap | 3 | Set out in the woods | Catches animals and hurts monsters; lasts 3 snaps. |
| ποΈ Vehicle | 10 | 1 per player | Your own ride (see below). |
| π π π¦ π Pets | 4β12 | 1 of each per player | Dog 5, Cat 4, Owl 6, Horse 12 (see Pets). |
Four rides and a racetrack
Every ride goes 4Γ walking speed, rams animals and monsters, and lets you attack from the seat. Every class drives at the same speed, so races are fair.
ποΈ Go-Kart
The starter ride. Two seats, so a teammate can hop in the back.
Everyone has it
ποΈ Motorcycle
15% faster, one seat.
Unlock: win 3 races
π€ Speedboat
Drives on land and across ponds, and is 1.3Γ faster on the water.
Unlock: catch 20 fish
πΈ Spaceship
Hovers over trees and ponds, so you can go in a straight line anywhere.
Unlock: beat 5 bosses
π Racing
- A dirt track with red-and-white curbs circles the forest; laps run counter-clockwise from the checkered START line.
- Drive to the line and tap Start race: 3β¦ 2β¦ 1β¦ GO! for everyone parked there.
- 1 to 10 laps (Settings). A purple bar shows lap, time and your place.
- 7 glowing β‘ boost pads give 1.7Γ speed for 1.6 s.
- π« Zap a nearby racer with the attack button and their ride spins out (no damage).
- Results for everyone at the finish, and a personal record when racing alone.
The Trading Post
Long games pile up thousands of πͺ coins. The πͺ button in the top bar opens a shop with big things to save for. Everything is per player and saved with the game.
| Item | Price | What it does |
|---|---|---|
| π³ Portable Stove | 300 | Cook raw meat anywhere, not just at a campfire. |

| π« Second Wind | 400 | Bounce right back up instead of being knocked out; carry 3. |
Each hero also has two legendary weapons (250β600 πͺ) at the Weapon Cache: Flaming Sword and Thunder Hammer, Chain Storm and Meteor, Shadow Scythe and Night Swarm, Rainbow Beam and Star Storm, Thorn Hurricane and Poison Ivy, Alpha Claws and Moon Howl, Archangel Blade and Judgment.
Four companions, all at once if you like
π Dog
Follows you, chases animals, fights monsters at night and fetches meat into your bag.
π Cat
Finds 3β6 πͺ in the grass about once a minute, and halves the daily treasure's search circle.
π¦ Owl
Circles overhead. At night it calls out which way monsters are coming from; you see farther in the dark, and fog can't hide monsters from you.
π Horse
Tap Ride: 2Γ walking speed and quiet, so it doesn't draw monsters the way an engine does.
A change of pace
Solo breaks that pay out real help for surviving. The daily treasure and lost animal are in the same place for everyone, so friends can go together.
π£ Fishing
Walk up to any of the 7 ponds. Cast, wait for the bite, tap fast, then hold REEL to keep the fish in the green zone.
- π Perch: 1 meat
- π Big Trout: 2 meat
- π‘ Pufferfish: 10 πͺ + 1 meat
- β¨ Golden Fish: 25 πͺ, full health and a full belly

30 seconds of tapping targets before they shrink; quick taps score 2, tapping a π¦ bat costs 2.
- 1 πͺ per point
- Score 12+: Sharpshooter, 1.5Γ damage for 3 minutes
- Score 22+: Sharpshooter for 6 minutes
πΊοΈ Daily treasure
A yellow circle on the map shows roughly where it's buried; the hint gets warmer as you get close. Dig it up for 12 logs, 25 πͺ, 2 meals and either a free weapon (30%) or 15 more πͺ.
πΎ Lost animal
A baby deer or bunny is lost each day. Tap Lead home and bring it to its mom before dark for 30 πͺ, 3 meals and full health.
